Fernleigh House

The renovations to this classic Queenslander in Fernleigh included a new in-ground pool and outdoor entertaining area, renovations to the kitchen, dining, office and living areas, and the incorporation of a third bedroom.

Living and dining areas were relocated and the newly re-configured kitchen created a free-flowing entertaining area both indoors and out. The office was also redesigned and a new children’s room was constructed in the space previously occupied by the old living room and now has direct access to the kids playroom, laundry and newly refurbished bathroom.

The overall solution separates the bedrooms from the entertaining and living areas, whilst making the most of the views, the outdoor areas, and the new pool and deck, all the while maintaining the old charming character of the house.
