This house was built for Sharon Fraser and Steve Esson. Sharon Fraser is an architect who we have been working with for several years. This house she designed for herself and has won numerous awards for it's architecture.

It was also awarded the MBA best contract home $1.5 to $2m category for regional NSW.

It is contemporary modern in design and has many green features including, photo voltaic cells. It also includes heated polished concrete floors run by solar gas boosted panels. The house is designed to be able to open and close to the outside elements, sliding doors open a full 6mtrs and pivot hung doors open a full 2.4mtrs. It also includes, insects screens and vergolas that operate by remote control.

Situated on 30 acres it has 100,000 liters in ground water tank and a sewerage system that includes a 400m disposal field.
