Old Byron Bay Road, Newrybar

Set in the Byron Bay hinterland, this contemporary coastal home is defined by strong architectural form. With expansive glazing and exposed timber, this carefully considered and expertly designed residence delivers a seamless connection between living spaces and expansive coastal views.

Tasha Close, Ewingsdale

This Ewingsdale renovation saw an existing home stripped back to its framing and completely rebuilt with refined curved wall forms, extensive custom joinery and three new bathrooms. The project involved complex window integrations, a new verandah with off‑form concrete seating, full exterior refinishing and a redesigned pool and landscape, resulting in a highly resolved contemporary home, with handover expected early 2026.

Friday Hut Road, Ewingsdale

This project was delivered in stages. The first stage comprised a purpose-built shed and workshop designed for the ultimate car enthusiast. The second stage introduced a complementary dwelling that sits harmoniously alongside the existing farmhouse.

Carlyle Lane, Byron Bay

This four‑bedroom, three‑bathroom residence is defined by clean architectural lines, strong proportions and a high level of construction detail throughout. Wide blackbutt timber flooring, 3‑metre ceilings, and a restrained palette of glass and modern whites create a warm, refined, high-quality home..

Possum Creek Mansion

This enormous Tuscan-inspired hinterland residence is defined by strong architectural form, expansive covered terraces, timber-lined ceilings and carefully framed views. The living space extends toward a 15‑metre infinity-edge pool, creating a home designed for both large-scale entertaining and quiet retreat.

Banyan Hill, Cumbalum

Built for Andrew’s daughter and her young family, this contemporary home was designed and constructed as their first family residence. Clean lines, durable finishes and a welcoming street presence combine to create a practical, well‑considered home built to support family life for years to come.

Amileka, Federal

Amileka is a five‑bedroom hinterland estate set on 25 acres, designed for generous living, privacy and large‑scale entertaining. Expansive open‑plan interiors, a dedicated media room and seamless outdoor zones extend to an 18‑metre pool, fire pit and covered alfresco spaces, creating a residence defined by scale, comfort and considered execution.

Fernleigh Studio

Set within a rural setting, this thoughtfully crafted studio is defined by strong structure and warm detailing. Recycled timber beams, timber-framed glazing and a stone feature wall combine to create a refined yet rustic space, finished with care and precision throughout.

Broken Head House

Organised as four distinct pavilions around a central courtyard, this residence brings a calm sense of retreat. Living, study, sleeping and guest wings open toward the lightly covered courtyard, anchored by a flowing pond. A separate Japanese bathhouse is positioned to take in expansive valley views. Designed with sustainability in mind, the home benefits from its northern orientation and incorporates efficient glazing, deep eaves and integrated solar systems.
